We have mats and towels available for rent.
Massage therapists are available any time of the day, in our studio right on the water or in the privacy of your home, cabin, or hotel room. Private yoga instruction is also available upon request.
We offer classes that coincide with A+ preschool Mom's Morning Out (Tuesdays 10-11:15) and Parent's Night Out (Candle light yoga, Fridays 6:30-7:30) throughtout the summer.
